Very impressed with Dr. Ballard and his staff!

For my first visit with Dr. Ballard, I called the office to get an appointment to get new contacts and to exam my irritated right eye. I was given a time slot for 30 minutes later, which I really appreciated. The office staff was friendly, and I only had to wait as long as it took me to fill out new patient forms. Dr. Ballard and his assistant immediately put me at ease during the exam and explained clearly what was going on with my eye issue, and gave me some drops to take care of it and instructions going forward. I had a follow-up visit a few days later to get a contact lens exam and had the same great experience. I left very impressed with Dr. Ballard and his staff, and I am very happy that I am under their care. I highly recommend Dr. Ballard to anyone.
